Roles At HASM
BCBA
Lead treatment planning, staff training, and parent collaboration across home and community settings.
Requirements: Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and a passion for empowering families through culturally responsive care.
Behavior Technician
Interested in working in ABA but not yet certified? Join our team as a Behavior Technician Trainee. We’ll guide you through hands-on experience, paid training, and RBT credentialing.
Support Staff
Help families begin their journey by managing scheduling, insurance verification, and client onboarding.
Requirements: Strong communication and organization skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
